His Highness the Prince of Hail Region received the Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to the Kingdom, Mr. Hong Hoi Anh, and a number of Vietnamese businessmen, accompanied by the Chairman and members of the Saudi-Vietnamese Council.
